Q: What can free users access?
A: By signing up, you get free access to all public characters, public scenes, and unlimited use of all interactive features including Runway, Stage, Racetrack, Pool, X Games, and Photo Studio. Generating custom characters, scenes, or binding animations requires credits.
Q: How do credits work?
A: Generating a 3D character or scene costs 10 credits. Binding an animation costs 5 credits. You are only charged for successful generations/bindings. Credits never expire.
Q: How long does 3D generation take?
A: Typically, it takes 5-10 minutes from uploading a photo to generating a 3D character. Scene generation takes a similar amount of time. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer.
Q: What photo formats are supported?
A: We support JPG and PNG formats with a maximum file size of 5MB. For characters, use clear front-facing portraits. For scenes, use environment photos without people.
Q: What's the difference between interactive scenes and the photo studio?
A: Interactive scenes (Runway/Stage/Racetrack/Pool/X Games) are preset animated experiences where characters automatically perform their bound animations. The Photo Studio provides a fully creative environment where you can manually pose characters, adjust bone positions and lighting, and capture screenshots or record videos.
Q: Where do you ship 3D prints?
A: Our 3D printing service covers most major countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times depend on the logistics provider. Printing is free, but shipping costs are borne by the user, or you can get free shipping by purchasing enough credits (1 free shipping per 1000 credits).
Q: How do you protect my privacy?
A: We take user privacy very seriously. Uploaded photos are only used for generating 3D characters and scenes and are not used for any other purpose. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
