1. Service Description

SnapTo3D is an AI-powered 3D creation platform. By using our service, you can:

• Convert portrait photos into 3D character models
• Convert environment photos into 3D scenes
• Bind animations such as catwalk, dance, run, and swim to characters
• Use characters in interactive scenes including Runway, Stage, Racetrack, Pool, and X Games
• Freely pose characters in the Photo Studio, adjust lighting, and capture screenshots or record videos
• Print 3D characters as physical figurines

Registered users can freely access all public characters, public scenes, and all interactive features. Generating custom characters, scenes, or binding animations requires credits.

2. User Accounts

Using our service requires account registration. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

3. User Content

Photos you upload, generated 3D characters and scenes, photo studio works and related configurations (“User Content”) remain your property. However, you grant us the right to process and store this content to provide our services.

You warrant that uploaded content:

• Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You have the right to use and share this content

4. Credits and Virtual Goods

The platform uses a credit system:

• Generating a 3D character or scene costs 10 credits; binding an animation costs 5 credits
• Credits are only deducted for successful generations/bindings
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but never expire
• Credits are non-transferable to other users
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and consumption rules with prior notice

5. Prohibited Activities

When using our service, you may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload files containing malware
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Abuse or excessively use service resources

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service (including interactive scenes, photo studio, and other features) at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Data loss or corruption
• Quality or accuracy of 3D characters or scenes
• Animation binding results
• Rendering results in interactive scenes or the photo studio
• Defects in 3D printed products

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
